I have a problem with the theme ‘motorcycle repair’. Uploading and installing is no problem but after activation the wordpress I get the following error message.
I use wordpress 6.7.1. And php 8.3.
This is the error message I get in the dashboard in WordPress. It stay’s there on top on every page. I tried several opties to locate the error but I can not fix the error and I can’t use the theme.
I hope that someone can help me with the problem.

The issue is happening because WP_DEBUG is set to true. To fix this, set it to false, and the notices will stop appearing.
To do this, open your wp-config.php file and change:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
to:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );Thank you.

Thank you for your repsonse.
But in the wp-config.php is already the WP-DEBUG on ‘false’. So I don’t think that is the problem.

The error message only appears when I active the theme. When installing the free version there is now probleem. When I install the paid pro version then also nothinh is wrong. But when I activate the theme then the error message appears.
When I log out of WordPress I get this error message and I can log in anymore. I have to remove via FTP the theme to get access to my wordpress enviroment.

I have downloaded the updated version of the theme. But I still get the (same) error messages. How can I check if I have the updated version? I have downloaded it from my account under ‘downloads’.
For this installation I did a install of a clean version of wordpress 6.7.1. And then installing the theme. So Far So Good. But after activate the theme I got the error message again. Also when I want to install the plugin (all a ones) I get also error messages. Critical ones.

The last issue has now been resolved in the updated version. And now we have once again thoroughly checked our theme, and there is no issues at our end. The errors you are encountering might be due to plugin conflicts. Sometimes, plugins can interfere with the theme’s functionality. So we need to check which specific plugin causing the issue.
